Proprietary Color Coded Hospital Curtain Sizing System
To determine the appropriate size for your ZipQuick® curtain, simply measure the length of your existing curtain track or the length of the opening you wish to cover. In the column with the header “Track Length”, locate the row that contains the range your measurement falls in. The color-coded size number next to that is the ZipQuick® size. Next, you will need to determine the length of the Curtain Mesh you will need. The Mesh Length required is based off of the floor to ceiling height.
You size a ZipQuick® hospital cubicle curtain with two measurements: your curtain track length and the floor-to-ceiling height. The track length matches to a color-coded ZipQuick® size number that sets the curtain width, and the ceiling height matches to a mesh size number. Choose a beige or white mesh, then order both numbers together. ZipQuick® uses 11 standard color-coded sizes to cover almost any bay.

Note: While you will use this color-coded measuring system when ordering your curtain and/or mesh, the mesh will require one piece of additional information. In the first column of the chart below, find the row that corresponds to the floor-to-ceiling height of the room you are ordering. Measurements are shown in both inches and feet. Once you have found the appropriate row, simply select the corresponding Mesh Size Number based on your preference for a beige or white colored mesh.

How to order the right size in four steps
- Measure the track length. Measure your existing curtain track, or the opening you want to cover, following any curves rather than a straight line.
- Find your ZipQuick® size. Match that length to the color-coded size number on the chart.
- Measure floor-to-ceiling height. Match it to the correct mesh size number, and choose beige or white mesh.
- Order both numbers together. Provide the ZipQuick® size and the mesh size when placing your order.

What is the mesh size, and how do I choose it?
The mesh is the header at the top of the curtain that installs onto your track. You choose the mesh size by floor-to-ceiling height and select beige or white. Order the mesh size number together with your ZipQuick® size.
What if my curtain size is not listed?

Should I measure the track or the old curtain?
Measure the track, or the opening you want to cover, not the old curtain. An existing curtain may be the wrong size or have shrunk from laundering, which would carry the error into your new order.
