About Us 

ZipQuick® hospital privacy curtains are the crown jewel of the KEMTEX product suite.  Since 1977, KEMTEX has led the way in the proliferation of cutting edge products and services for the healthcare industry.  In 2016 the original ZipQuick® privacy curtain was introduced, and became an instant success due to its revolutionary design that facilitates a hospital privacy curtain change out time that is measured in seconds, not minutes.  It was first featured in the Product Innovation Awards section of the June/July issue of Healthcare Design Magazine.

In addition to the innovative design of the curtain, we at ZipQuick® recognized that another time consuming aspect of curtain changes was the task of finding the correct sized replacement curtain.  To that end we developed a unique, proprietary color-coded sizing system.  Not only does this reduce your total number of curtain sizes from dozens to less than a dozen, but now, based on a single ZipQuick® Size Number, you will be able to easily order, stock, and quickly pull the correct curtain from your supply closet.

 Since the inception of the Original ZipQuick® privacy curtain, we have expanded our family of products to include patent pending lines of curtains designed to dampen sound for added privacy as well as curtains made from recyclable materials that are inexpensive enough to be disposable.  All while retaining the features that made them worthy of the “ZipQuick®” name: industrial grade zippers for unbelievably fast changes and our proprietary color coded sizing system.
